And no visit to the Fairwarp Village Market is complete without a stop at the pop-up café, serving a tempting selection of homemade and freshly prepared treats. Expect bacon and sausage baps, warm sausage rolls, homemade cakes, and refillable tea and coffee.

Discover local makers, seasonal produce and delicious homegrown food at the Holy Cross Priory Village Monthly Market in Cross in Hand, Heathfield.
Taking place on the second Thursday of every month, this friendly local market brings together a selection of local crafts, handmade goods, fresh local food, and seasonal produce.
It’s a lovely opportunity to support local artists, independent makers and producers in East Sussex, browse unique handmade gifts, pick up something tasty for the kitchen table and enjoy a relaxed morning in the beautiful surroundings of Holy Cross Priory Village.

Ashdown Forest Open Studios
Glassophony is delighted to be taking part in Ashdown Forest Open Studios, joining around 80 local artists and makers who will be opening their studios and creative spaces to visitors. Come along to discover beautiful local crafts, meet the artists behind them and get a glimpse of where the magic happens.
**WORKSHOPS: Sunday 6th September**
I’ll be hosting 3 Christmas workshops from Studio 3 (Tablehurst Farm, London Rd, Forest Row RH18, UK) where you can make your very own fused glass Christmas tree or ornament in just 40 minutes — all for £15.
